The phone is good, easy to order from a good website. Delivery was prompt and communication excellent. Only fault was the email which gives a link to English instructions. This is a short version which doesn't tell you how to set up the phone, only how to operate it. I had to download the full version elsewhere.

Bought a charger on line at 7pm it was despatched the next day and arrived with two days later. Very prompt, works perfectly, would definitely use this company again. Thank you

Mum, 94 years young, has bonded with her Grandpad after just one or two video calls. I wanted it purely for easy to use video calling but now realise how much it has to offer. Mum may in time explore other functions like the music. I wanted it anyway but it has come just in time to stay in touch during this Corona quarantine. What a miracle it is. To be able to share photos instantly, to have them displayed in a slide show, bringing family and friends together... amazing! just amazing! I have told my friends, the word is spreading faster than Corona. The online support is excellent. Families today are scattered the world over. Ours from South Africa to LA, from Chicago to the UK. Thank you so much for making a difference in my mum's life, in all our lives.

We bought the watch for my Father who has Alzheimer’s and it gives my Mum and us peace of mind of where he is and we are so pleased & the service from Techsilver has been excellent.

In the short time that we have used Grandpad it has proved itself valuable and well worth the investment. My mother is having to self isolate 60 miles away. She is 92 and strongly independent. We have tried to set up videochat via a mobile phone in the past but Mum convinces herself she cannot use it so refuses to. Since having Grandpad she is video chatting with everyone in the family circle. It was so simple for her to set up- she was on her own and we were talking on videochat within ten minutes of her opening the box. An absolutely brilliant product.

1/ plug adapter Found good for the job 2/ Found t/v selector to work ok but found to be too small for me, fingers, too big.also my eyesight is not too good for numbers and letters.

The TechSiver watch has been such a great help to me,my husband had disappeared on foot twice before I bought the watch,although the French police were so kind I promised I would find a tracker,I found TechSiver on google and everybody there have been so helpful I would recommend this team 100%

I wanted to say that the Grandpad has arrived...and has already changed my Mum's life for the better!  The family were unsure about purchasing, we were concerned that Mum might not be able to cope (as I explained in an initial email reassuringly answered promptly) and that it was quite a pricey item to 'fail' with! I felt sure that we could overcome any difficulties - although we are not permitted inside her building during the lockdown period.  I have been so impressed by the whole experience - through ordering, queries, receiving and set up! The Grandpad arrived so promptly (on Tuesday following weekend ordering).  I unpacked it in my house, wiped everything down with a wrung out soapy cloth to be sure virus free (wearing disposable gloves). Probably a 'way over the top' response but anxious about the possibility of 'contaminating' my frail 87 year old mother. I then photographed all the parts and printed these off, writing on my own comments to her. I popped everything into a new, sealable plastic bag. I took the bag to her accomodation (during my daily exercise) and arranged for her to leave her shopping trolley outside. I could see her inside! I popped the Grandpad into the trolley and left. She then collected it and took it to her apartment. Back at home I got busy with adding contact details. This was very straightforward though I had one or two queries and there were a couple of glitches. The onscreen  chat help was fantastic - fast, friendly and efficient. All sorted! Then came the magic...unbelievably my tech phobic mum was video calling me! I responded and there she was! So proud of herself and so very thrilled! Worth every penny! Worth the angst about 'could she/couldn't she?' Just the very best thing to come out of this very trying time. I took another call in the evening and already she had spoken to her son, her grandchildren - and, most precious of all, to her 4 great grandchildren!  During the evening I went back into the system to learn more and was delighted to find that every family member had already added photos and comments! We're all really enjoying that link too! The next plan is for Great Grandma to video call one of the great grandchildren in the morning to hear her reading! This has really motivated the little one too! My Dad's ashes are scattered at a well known garden belonging to an old friend. I have added the website to her Grandpad - I know that she will be amazed and delighted to 'explore' the garden through its gallery feature.  I realise this is a long and somewhat rambling review but I really wanted to say what a brilliant piece of kit the Grandpad is! The whole situation around the corona virus is awful and terrifying - especially for someone like my mum. On the last day that we could meet I saw her (outside/socially distanced) and tried to explain what the near future would mean for her. I could see the fear and anxiety in her face but there was nothing I could do. Watching her walk into her apartment block alone was so very hard.  The Grandpad has changed everything for her. Now she can face the uncertainty and confusion and she is not alone. She can still see her family and share in what they are getting up to. A wonderful product and great support system alongside. I cannot stress enough the impact of this product and the service of the team throughout. Please pass on my heartfelt  thanks to all concerned.

Just purchased for mother in law who has vascular dementia. Early days but easy to set up and accurate tracker. Needed help setting geofencing but the help number proved extremely helpful, thank you

I was extremely interested especially with the items for the elderly and handicapped. Very few people have taken this on board and giving the opportunity for the elderly to catch up with modern technology I think was and is excellent

Our order was received the next day as promised and the computer keyboard is exactly as shown on your sight a brilliant product for people with impaired vision and so much easier for them to use it has made using the computer possible again for my husband I would recommend it and your company with out hesitation.
