We purchased a GPS device a few weeks ago for my father who has dementia and was getting lost. We chose a more expensive device as it had a longer battery charge and that has been a bonus as we can only charge it every week or so. The app is very easy to use and notifies us if my father has gone further than 300m. The GPS is more accurate than Google and we set it to update every minute so that we can keep an eye on where he is if he goes outside. The speaker has not been very useful in my father's case as he has hearing problems and traffic noise nearby drowns everything out. However, we are very pleased overall with the device and you get to speak to a helpful person directly if you phone Techsilver. Would recommend it to others in a similar situation.

Good product best I've seen on the market GPS can be a bit glitchy but no more than any sat nav but that being said very happy with it šŸ˜šŸ‘

Suffering decreasing eyesight I was experiencing some problems with my keyboard use and so began some research into alternatives. I found techsilver and was very pleased with what was on offer. Ihave opted for the black on yellow keys, very happy with the outcome. I would have preferred a bigger ā€œenterā€ key though.

Just to let you know, the reason the enter is slightly smaller than on some other keyboards is that the space is needed to fill in for the large print letters on the keyboard. The service was great and the charging cable was shipped on time. The cable is very good quality, however it doesnā€™t fit into my mums Doro 8050 as itā€™s suppose to!

Brilliant products and service. We upgraded mumā€™s tracker for the longer battery life one. Sheā€™s out every day and often wanders off the beaten track so we need it every day. She lives nearby so itā€™s easy for me to find her if I think she might be lost or unsafe.

I have had the GPS tracker for about a month. My mum has Alzheimerā€™s and I bought it as a precaution, in case she did start wandering or getting lost; I live 130 miles away and am her only family. It was only three weeks before it proved to be worth every penny when she started walking out in the middle of the night and the evidence from this meant that she has gone from no care package whatsoever to being in full time care. So whilst I now have no need for it, it became a lifesaver for both her and me I suspect. Itā€™s really easy to use; my mum picked up putting it on the charger very quickly. Linked perfectly to my phone and tablet. Geofences easy to set upā€¦ the whole thing was easy with the video support. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and satisfaction, Today I found myself worried that my mothers tracker had a problem after charging from 1% charge. Thank goodness we bought our tracker from Techsilver and not another email only communication company, I phoned the help line & straight through to a human, a caring member of the back up customer service team to talk to. They immediately took over the tracker to check the system making sure everything was okay and safe. They said everything was okay and gave me instructions over the phone what to do next to reset and switch on, I am sure it was me the operator that was the problem, but not made to feel stupid and customer oriented all the time and nothing to much trouble. Looking after Alzheimerā€™s/dementia is stressful enough, but the support of tech silver technical support team is invaluable. Thank you for be there. Purchased a tracking device for parents - The device is discreet and reliable , I have had one or two little issues but nothing major and the staff at Techsilver have always been polite , professional,knowledge and quick to reply . I cannot fault the service
