“I hate writing reviews but felt I needed to this time as the after sales help was so great. I bought a small device for my father who has dementia and set it up myself after watching the videos provided but still had one or two questions so called them and was immediately helped by a very patient helpful assistant They also called me the next day to check that everything was running smoothly. It’s very reassuring to know that I can call at anytime for support Thank you”

“I recommended this keyboard (Extra Large Keys (USB) - Yellow) to a friend with Parkinson's disease some months ago and, at the time, he didn't feel it would be of any help. However, since his Parkinson's became worse, he has been making more mistakes by hitting the wrong keys. He finally agreed to give the TechSilver keyboard a try, so I ordered it for him. After a short period of getting used to it, he has found it to be of great benefit. The computer is very important to him, and I feel the keyboard has enabled him to continue using the computer more effectively.”

“First Class Service. My dads Gps tracker developed a fault but Louisa and Dominic were excellent and fixed the problem within a day, Louisa sent out a loan tracker as my dad has Alzheimer’s and we cannot do without one, Dominic tested my dads Tracker and promptly told us to keep the loan tracker as there was a rare fault that had developed with my dads. Excellent communication and service couldn’t fault them. Thanks again for fixing this problem super quick. Highly Recommended Company.”

“I purchased the gps tracker for my father in law who has Dementia.The first day it was on his keys it paid for itself he went out and couldn’t find his way home. I alerted the Care company and they found him 4.5 kilometres from his house. Excellent product”

“App easy to download and use, tracker works well locating my dad and especially find history tracking useful. Battery lasts 2 to 3 days depending on how active my dad is so does need charged up regularly.”

“This product is excellent. It does what it says. The omitted buttons were ones I never used. It does include a light to indicate "capitals locked". Very useful to bad typists like me. The published details fail to mention this feature. This is missing from some modern keyboards. A way of locking the wrist rest in position might be useful with short slide-out keypad rests.”

“This was an excellent purchase for an elderly person with memory problems. We didn’t like the prerecorded actions because they used words like medication rather than tablets which this lady didn’t understand. We used the function to record with our own voices and the lady loves it…I think she thinks her son is in the room with her! The helpline were also helpful (sadly not true all helplines) in answering pre purchase questions.”

“Purchased the GPS tracker for my aunt who suffers with dementia. Had to use for the first time last night. Very accurate tracking system and great features in locating her. Only downside is the battery life. But overall a great purchase and well worth the money.”
