So far, outstanding ! From the initial support from Jacob at TechSilver to the purchase process to the easy installation and read out on the tablet! The follow up from Barbara at Canary Care and the setting up of the monthly payments have also been top notch.

Customer service is amazing, I received the tv remote but had not received the videos that help set it up. I emailed tech silver and within 5 minutes I had a reply from Aaron who confirmed he had resent the videos via email to me. I have never had such a quick response from any other company I buy from, very impressed!

Thank you. The device took 10 days to reach us in France. The product is good, but I do think that putting the id for the device on the outside of the box is a mistake. I almost threw away the packaging without realising that the id number was on it

Deliveries usually reach much further afield (e.g. the USA) in less time, so we'll have to apologise on behalf of the French postal service on this occasion for the slight delay. If the box was misplaced, we'd easily be able to provide you with the ID number, so not to worry if that had happened. But we appreciate the feedback. We hope you enjoy the week ahead!

Doro secure 580 mobile phone for dad. Arrived as stated only gripe was there were 10 instruction manuals in all different languages except English. Just as well this was a replacement phone and I had kept the manual from the old phone.

I found a great product for my needs - a large key keypad. This is for my brother who has difficulty seeing. Initial feedback is very positive - much easier to use. And service very good. Quick dispatch and arrival. Very pleased..

Extremely happy with our purchase of the Reminder Clock - we were getting worried about mum not taking her tablets and this proved so helpful. Being able to personalise the reminders was great for mum too. A real life changer!

Excellent piece of kit that allowed our family to monitor our fathers ( Dementia Patient ) movements to ensure his safety and well being durinh the periods when he was left alone.

TechSilver offered an invaluable product in the care and welfare of my father. The ShoeTracker is simple. As a dementia sufferer, he could get confused and wander off. During the earlier stages he could be erratic, emotional or bored but able to perform tasks of habit, such as putting on his shoes unassisted. He would unwittingly equipping him, us and at times the police with a reliable & accurate location tool via a browser. Simple to fit, you can set alert zones around the vicinity of the home (limit their footwear choice). Support from the firm was exceptional. Health workers marvelled at the concept. At best, it could save a life but at the very least the ShoeTracker will give the carer a needed degree of comfort knowing the wearer can be found, providing a calmer caring environment. As long as the product stays up with technology upgrades I would strongly recommend the investment for dementia sufferers and their families.
