“Ordered a keyboard with large black on yellow keys for relative. The item was delivered quickly. The keyboard has a bit of a plastic feel (but then it was relatively cheap), but is fine for occasional use and am told the largte lettering makes things much easier.”

Hi Andrea, As you ordered from Italy and our review emails are automatically sent out a few days after the order is made, you received the email before the package. We can however see that a delivery had been attempted by the Italian postal service, but they stated that nobody was in. You're able to track the order on the link we've sent over to you. We hope that help and please let us know if there's anything else we can do.

“Very helpful when telephoned with original enquiry. It is going to be a little time getting used to the slightly extra hand movement needed for the larger keys, but these larger keys should ensure fewer typing errors. The black on yellow keys are much better for failing eyesight.”

“As well as an adaptive mouse device, I have also purchased a Synapptic Bluetooth keyboard. I am so pleased that I 'know' I have made good decisions with these pieces of technology. Both pieces of hardware are designed and manufactured to a high standard. The operating instructions are written using a large font - again specifically designed to make set-up operations so easy. Well done all.”

“Took time to discuss my needs before ordering. Unfortunately the product we purchased wasn't suitable for my Mother to use actually as a watch, however we are using it tucked away in a pocket where she doesn't know it's there. A few problems setting up the system, however, the online chat has been second to none with its support. Thanks Tech guys.”

“I ordered a key fob for my son who has Down Syndrome & now early Alzheimer’s. It was apparent that his mobile phone was no longer suitable. We now have a great gadget attached to his keys. I am able to track his journey around town & when he’s returning home. We both are more confident that he’s able to communicate, no buttons to confuse him. The key ring is also linked to his brother & sisters phones in case of emergency. Brilliant gadget, worth every penny so far. Thank you TechSilver.”

“I wasn't sure which device to purchase as a carer for my mum but had an online chat with Miles to make sure this was the one for me. Miles rang me on my mobile to make sure I was happy with my purchase which I thought was great. Upon receipt of my tracker I was pleased that it had a video manual sent via email which was easy to follow, the tracker itself was quick to set up too. I am delighted with my purchase as it does exactly what it claims to do. It has put my mind at rest knowing I can find my mum If she decides to go for a long walk.”
