The large keyboard has made a massive difference when working on my computer. I have Macular Degeneration in my eyes and could not see the letters on my normal Mac keyboard. The built-in light also makes a lot of difference. Thank you, but it needs more publicity with the Macular Society so that more people know about it. Mine has yellow keys with large black letters.

I can't recommend TechSilver highly enough. Their tracker is discreet but robust, easy to set up and use and invaluable for allowing its user some freedom, knowing that they can always be located. Their response to any queries is prompt, helpful and indefinite.

My wife has dementia and tends to wander this is a fantastic tracker with plenty of features to see where she is and safe. Can set up on mobile phone and laptop. Only needs charging fortnightly. I recomend anyone in this situation to purchase this tracker and the support and set up has been fantastic.

A great service from a great company. I got just what I needed to support my mother, who’s living with dementia. Delivery was fast and it was so nice to have been offered the purchase β€˜minus’ VAT. Some retailers are not only failing to offer VAT free purchases when appropriate, but when brought to task on it actually refuse to do so. Mentioning no names - Am@z*n

Customer Service: Excellent. All questions and queries and emails answered quickly. Video for use is excellent. Tracker: Works well in UK. I bought this primarily because it allows me to talk to my husband. He has dementia and cannot use a mobile phone. It does not work indoors or in a car but otherwise is very good. I thought it would work in Tenerife but found that there is practically no G2 coverage in North Tenerife and it would not work at at all. This could be a problem but I doubt we will go abroad again and there is G2 coverage in the UK. Many places are phasing out G2 so this would be a consideration if the tracker is to be used in the EU. Overall: Expensive subscription but for me worth it for the facility to track and talk to my husband. Good support. I recommend this product.

I moved from another tracker as they went bust so had prior knowledge of what to expect. I took the tracker for a walk but it was 2 days before it caught up. Then a week or so later the tracker got stuck geographically and I panicked it bit but it again sorted itself out a day later. I am hoping it doesn’t do this regularly.

Just purchased the waterproof GPS tracker. So far so good. Have been very helpful when making contact by phone, or chat line. Not had the device long, so see how it goes. Had to find another gadget, as Yepzon went bankrupt

Great technology but despite what you guys claim, I am having to charge the battery, for my mum who has Alzheimer, every day as it is just not holding a decent charge and I am not happy about that so would appreciate your thoughts and feedback

Excellent product. The tracker has been invaluable to us when we need to keep tabs on my 90 year old father-in-law who has advanced dementia and wanders during the night. The support from the company has also been second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending both Techsilver and their products.

Very good GPS tracker. It gives accurate location information, with post code and battery lasts for around 2 weeks without needing charging, with moderate use of tracker.

Ordered a remote control for my 87 year old mother-in-law who struggles with anything technical. The remote is simple to use with very few buttons. She even struggles with that but she's getting used to it. I'm not the greatest with technology and had to ring the helpline whilst setting up the remote. The advice was excellent over the phone and easy to follow. I would recommend this product. Forgot to say it arrived next day after ordering.

Very pleased. Web page gives enough information to make a sensible choice possible. Would have preferred a keyboard with sound volume buttons but this was rectified with a cheap USB volume control. Yellow keys are far more legible than my previous small-letter backlit keyboard.

The customer service is very responsive. The tech has issues. Not easy to set up or understand. The fall alarm service is simply a silent call from Estonia! You have to test it to find out the number! And then remember that if you press 4 you can talk via the hub. This is the most expensive hardware with the cheapest monthly service fee - and I now see why it is the cheapest! I would not have purchased if this had been clear in the sales blurb but the upfront fee has us finaincially committed :(

Grandpad is a truly remarkable product supplied by TechSilver and has been life changing for my mother. She had always been illiterate with any form of technology however after a major stroke and losing mobility - this product became invaluable. She was able to communicate with me (her daughter) and grandchildren in Australia and her sister in France. The interface is incredibly simple to use and can be configured remotely. This meant that I could set this up from Australia setting up a family network of contacts, upload pictures directly, adding her favourite radio stations - to name a few of the many functions! The connection was over 4G, so no reliance on a wifi connection and one fee per year with no hidden costs. The GrandPad sat on a convenient charging dock and calls / video calls could made in one simple button, plus a slide show of uploaded pictures when not in use was a lovely feature. The customer service has been exemplary from the TechSilver and Grandpad team, who will go above and beyond no matter how small the issue is. So if your currently researching this product, don't hesitate for a second as its amazing and exceeded all expectations.

I was very pleased with my large print computer keyboard. I have macular degeneration so need clarity. and the letters are large and clear. This keyboard is also spill proof. and a very good price.. I certainly recommend TechSilver.

I had an issue with my tracker and contacted Silver Tech support who were all very friendly and professional. I then had to return the device for them to troubleshoot and they sent a pre paid label and i was able to return device. Once returned they had to arrange a replacement which arrive with 24 hours. I am very pleased with the support received and the outcome of my issue

This keyboard is big but it looks good and fits its pull-out shelf. The absence of a number pad, which I don't miss at all, means the keys can be big, clear and easy to use. I bought a smaller version of a yellow on black keyboard some time ago, not from this supplier, and the black key markings began to fade after just a few months, so I'll wait and see how this one goes.
