I bought my keyboard as I am suffering sight problems and I went for yellow buttons with black letters and it is wonderful! This has made a huge difference to my typing. I can certainly recommend it.

My Father's and my entire experience with the GrandPad and Tech Silver team was fantastic who were at all times professional and kind. As they say it definitely "does what it says on the tin" to quote a famous advert. I highly recommend The GrandPad for anyone with elderly parents/relatives. The GrandPad was such a blessing for my 95 year old father in his last year. It helped reduce his sense of isolation during the pandemic and gave me a connection with him that would not have otherwise been possible.

The tracker's Suze, look and fast charge is great...and I love how I can remotely monitor the battery level. We've used another tracker in the past and I must say I preferred how it traced the route on the map rather than just pinpoint it every few minutes. I love how I can call via the tracker without using up its SOS minutes, although we have had issues with it failing to connect. Overall despite it and its monthly subscription costing more than our last tracker we're generally happy with it although it would be great if you used a better mapping platform anx included the route tracing.

Just what ive been looking for for a very long time, the speaker facility is its greatest asset for a senior with dull hearing

I found the tracker and software very good once set up. It has only been running for a few days. The history section is especially helpful as I can show care staff what my relative is doing when leaving home. Introductory video also helpful.

TechSilver provided an excellent and professional service. Despite the device being unsuitable for my elderly loved one I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It’s a brilliant device, very easy to set up, and the user interface is great.
