Customer service pre-order, and since receiving the GrandPad, has been wonderful. It’s great to always have someone there to answer any queries. Any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly and explained clearly. Extremely satisfied and my mother loved using it. Thank you.

The service I received from this company was excellent and delivery was rapid. This giant full function keyboard is really good, the very large keys making it easy to use, especially if you have large or stiff fingers

Just in to my second week with alarm watch. My only grievance is the very short battery life. Like any device these days the batteries don’t seem to last very long with these devices. I’m getting on with the watch quite well. Very good communication with Tech Silver.

Hello Tony, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Good to know you are happy with our service. The GPS Tracking Watch you bought is £99.95 exc. VAT. It has a 1 to 2 day batter life. We do also have the Dementia tracker GPS Watch which uses blue tooth only when it is range of the base station and consequently has a battery life of 7 days on average. However this is priced at £349.95 exc. VAT. I hope you are enjoying the lovely weather today.

With the COVID 19 chaos and my 90 year old mother living remote from all her family and grandchildren and having no clue or interest in computers, no one can safely go into her house to set this up or leave this sort of technology with her - it would be too stressful for her to cope. She will be on her own for months and not seeing any of us for a long time. Grandpad has been a life changer - and in the first few days we have been sharing photos and comments, and she has been leaving voice messages on these and we have been seeing her on video calls even though she has no internet. Thank you to all of you at Grandpad for this amazing tool, made so very simple to use for her, and the superb help team with whom I have been talking pretty much daily via the on line chat facility, as we get to know how everything works and manage her tool remotely. Its an excellent device and is just what we needed for my Mother. Very highly recommended. Keep up the very good work.

Techsilver our first few hours have been AMAZING. Mum (nearly 90) wouldn't get it. She was actually a bit stressed about the prospect thinking she wouldn't be able to use the Grandpad. It got delivered this morning and already today she has spoken to AND SEEN her Granddaughter and GreatGranddaughter her son in Canada and us, who are 500 miles away. She got quite emotional and is now looking forward to seeing us all regularly. She hasn't even looked at all the pictures we are sending to her yet. BRILLIANT. 10/10

Very easy & efficient service provider. I used them because they are the purveyor of GrandPad to the UK. They were quick to organise delivery and e-mails were clear about the individual info for set up required. I also appreciated the call from the helpdesk after I'd received it to enquire whether I needed any help using it. Very impressed.

Fantastic customer service. Our Grandpad was rec'd very quickly in this current climate. Contact and communication all the way through from the cust sev team. The app is easy to use for everyone and the pad itself is a great way for the older generation to be able to see family members. Highly recommend.
