“After having some login issues with a Yepzon Tracker it all came well with the help of Arron ? I hope I've spelled his name correctly. I explained my problem and he got right onto it and it was all sorted out in no time at all. The tracker is now working well and I have no complaints. I would recommend Tech Silver to anyone”

“The keyboard was for my husband who has lost a lot of sight in his left eye post stroke. He is VERY pleased with it. The big black letters are unmissable against the bright yellow keyboard. Thank heavens for a straightforward plug in machine - no messing around with wifi. The mouse could do with being a bit more substantial as the batteries sometimes lose contact.”

The product page mentions that the device can only call 4 devices and as the device does not have a keypad, we thought this was clear, so apologies if it was not. You can however change the 4 numbers whenever you wish through an online portal. What could we have done better to get 5* from you on this occasion? Enjoy the rest of your week!

“I purchased the TechSilver Pendent after my wife, who has dementia went AWOL and I had no idea where to find her. After receiving the pendent and a bit of experimenting and useful and patient help from the TechSiver technicians Miles and Aaron the pendent and I are now "good friends". My wife went missing again on Friday and I didn't panic but used the App and found her half a mile away but safe and sound.. Thank you TechSilver. Recommendation:-Do not bother with the Silver chain, its too delicate. I have used an old security tag chain which looks OK but is much stronger.(See blow). Also it would be useful if a "find" button could be added to the app as my wife hid the pendent in a drawer and I could not find it.”

“Aaron Collie was both courteous and helpful, as was Doro's technical support so thank you. We wanted a 'phone that was easy to use and set up due, in large part, to my husband's recent stroke and the need to make some fundamental adjustments. We are satisfied with the Doro Comfort but the clarity of the playback on the answer machine could be better. We found negotiating the menu frustrating on setting up. The handbook is well set out but perhaps the book's use could be "tested" on individuals who are challenged with minor cognitive and dexterity difficulties.”
