Purchased for 87yr old lady with dementia, so easy to use and no more pressing the incorrect buttons on her old tv/set top box remotes, No longer need two remotes. The large buttons are great as she also has macular degeneration. For me who had to set it up, excellent instructions and so simple to do, up and ready for use in minutes.

So far we are finding this very helpful. It works well and it gives us reassurance that the wearer is safe and ok. It makes life less stressful.

The guys in the office are very helpful on the phone if you call with a question. Unfortunately we had a problem with the first tracker they sent us but they did their very best to sort the problem and eventually sent us a new tracker. Never gave up!

Wanted a case for my doro phone just what I wanted in black leather, sent very quickly good price not to sure the magnet would be strong enough to hold the phone ,I could be wrong, but would definitely use this company again we’ll done!

Bought this for my husband, Peter. I have already discovered how invaluable it is. The device, he opted for the pendant, is small, lightweight, unobtrusive. The aftercare service is terrific. I had a bit of trouble setting up the app etc. The help I received from the team was fantastic. Before purchasing the tracker my step-daughter and I did loads of research. I had already found techsilver. Eventually she agreed. I have faith in the team that if I require assistance they will be at hand. I do not leave fake reviews, rarely leave bad reviews unless necessary. If I could give Techsilver 100 out 100 I would do so.

The cover for my Doro 8035 is very good quality, the magnetic back is not as strong as I would have expected, the phone slides around in the cover whilst the charging cable is being fitted. I haven't tried the in-car charger yet, not expecting any problems.

EXCELLENT!!! We bought the 'Simple Music Player for Dementia' for our Grandma, who recently suffered a large stroke and currently in hospital, very bored. She's lost movement in her right side, so this is PERFECT for easy manoeuvre with her left, less dominant hand. We easily uploaded her favourite songs onto the music player and it put a huge smile on our Grandma's face. I'd like to THANK YOU SO MUCH for the super fast delivery, especially just before Christmas, it arrived just in time for her to open on Christmas day. We're happy to have seen our Grandma singing along to her favourite Judy Garland songs at such a sad time for our family. We are honestly SO grateful for this amazing product! THANK YOU!

I bought a "Monster 2" keyboard for my elderly parents, who suffer from decreasing eyesight and Parkinsons. It doesn't matter what I think: they think it is absolutely teriffic (and it enables them to do online shopping - et cetera - with ease).

My dad is 98 with dementia and the simple music player is a GREAT option for someone who retains musical memory. Did have an issue that initial info sheet on downloading songs was not complete but Jacob in Tech Support was very helpful and I have even presented him with a future challenge re changing songs already downloaded. The initial problem was assumed to be with the plug and I was offered info on converter plugs for the U.S. However, our problem was with the MP3 process AND someone at the company had included a U.S. power cord. Their product line is a resource for lots of us with family members with special needs (macular degeneration, autism, dementia), It would be helpful if cost was given in U.S. dollars also.
