“My husband went ‘walkabout’ unknown to me and got completely lost. He took a route he’d never been on before and I would never have looked there for him. Thanks to the GPS watch I was able to track him and found him- 8 miles from home! If he had not been wearing the tracker watch, I would have had to get the Police to search for him. Thank you so much!!!”

“We bought the tracker as my mother has dementiaweve had it a few days now seems pretty good, location seems a bit hit and miss though, sometimes with it being in my Mam’s flat or 400 yds away near the shopping centre when she’s at home, even after locating (which can take upto 5 minutes). I think the unit would benefit from a light when being charged. Overall pleased with it. Miles was excellent over the phone when we bought it and when Royal Failed to deliver it! Mike and Doris”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The GPS tracker you bought is designed for outdoor use, so when your mum is inside it will give less accurate readings on her location. But if she's at home, she's probably safe! We'll pass on your feedback to the manufacturer on the addition of a light and thanks very much for your comments on our service. We work hard to make sure it's top notch!

“Very happy with Doro 8030 phone case ( lovely colour too ) The one I was sold in store ( no Doro ones available ) did not fit properly and phone very loose inside. So very satisfied with this. Just hope press stud type fastener does not break in time as can sometimes happen with this type of fastener although does look sturdy enough.”

“I ordered a GPS tracker watch for my wife's grandfather who has Dementia and has started going walkabout, the product was excellent it is everything I wanted and more so simple to use the app, the watch itself is not any different to a standard whatch to look at so he doesn't even realise what it's doing, Miles, was very helpful over the phone and helped with any issues or concerns I had. The only downside to the product is minute by minute tracking eats through the battery however this can be controlled by my phone and only turning on the tracker when needed.”
