“can't fault the staff always helpful when I have a problem with my husbands' keyring GPS it gives my husband who has dementia freedom that he wouldn't otherwise have, I have a dementia-friendly phone for him plus a TV remote. Definitely 5 star”

“Firstly Miles did a very good job explaining how it all works as I'm not very tech savy to say the least. Our aging mother likes to go on her walks but unfortunately was getting lost and police and public were bringing her home, now when she goes off course we're able to locate her straight away. “We bought these for my 91 year old mother-in-law’s stay over Christmas to help her orient herself when waking up in a strange house in the night. We are delighted with how effective they have been. “It is good. the only thing the battery does not last very long. It would last longer if I could turn it off at night. But because I cannot trust my husband who could walk out with out me putting it in his pocket I leave it in there until it really needs charging.”

“I bought this talking clock for my 90 year old mum as she is almost blind. She absolutely loves it. Just wish the volume could be turned up as she's a bit deaf too.”

“Well packed, easy to use because of large keyboard. But one glaring fault the user instructions are so small we had to use a normal sighted person with magnifying glass to read and set up.”

“Purchased the GPS tracker key fob for a relative. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The only issue is the accuracy of the location - the app insists that the key fob is in the neighbours garden and it shows movement when it hasn’t been touched. This is a bit of a concern since I don’t know what is a real movement and what isn’t. The accuracy is 40m and I didn’t notice that when I purchased it. Not as good as I was hoping, but ok if you just want to know roughly where it is.”
