“I purchased a tracker watch from tec silver for my disabled son who occasionally wanders off. Being an oldie I found the set up a bit daunting but gained some assistance from one of my other sons ( he is young and has know how), it took him minutes to set it up. I am happy to report that we know know the whereabouts of my disabled son at all times - I wish this was about 25 years ago, what a god send. Thank you tech silver Am busy telling everyone what a fantastic find I have now.”

“I was first impressed with Tech Silver when I played Miles's video about the Monster 2 keyboard. So many reviews are long-winded and self-indulgent, but Miles wasted no time waffling, he just got across everything that needed to be said about the keyboard. After it arrived, and I had a problem setting it up (my laptop being at fault, not the keyboard) I saw I could get it cheaper on Amazon, but Miles was so helpful that I realised going cheaper meant going without that personal touch when I needed it. Tech Silver may be a modern Internet company but it delivers old-fashioned corner shop customer service that I thought was dead and buried, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Ordered the easy to use TV remote control for my 87 year old mother in law, who was unable to turn the TV and Free view box on and of, so not watching telly. Product arrived quickly and well packaged with instructions. This is an excellent remote control device ,the instructions on setting up, especially with the use of the video guide given are very straight forward and easy to follow. The control panel has clear easy to see and use buttons. Most important my mother in law is now watching telly and turning to different channels and using the volume button which she has not done for the past year. I would definitely recommend this product for any elderly relative, or any one else with poor sight etc. I would also like to thank the company for phoning me after I made an error in ordering 2 of the same product by mistake, to check if that is what I required. Thank you, I will be regularly looking through your web site for other useful products and working in a nursing home have already recommended your site to relatives.”

“The big keys keyboard was just what wanted but some of the keys were misnamed. Miles passed me on to Rory in their Alton premises who, with great patience persisted till every key was as it should be. Quite unique to come across a supplier willing to take small problems seriously until they are solved.”
