Dear Miles and the team, The 'gadget' as I call it reduces the stress on my family as they can keep a track on my movements if necessary. It is a pretty thing so I can wear it round my neck. The button to press in emergency could be bigger and easier to press.

I purchased a Granpad last weekend. It was with me within a few days. As advertised it was straightforward to set up. I then delivered it to the care home where my 91 year old father is a resident. Due to COVID I am currently not allowed in the care home, and have not seen my father for many weeks. One of his carers took the Granpad to his room, flipped the lid and pushed the call button and I was able to see and speak to dad. We have spoken daily since, he is easily able to make the call to me. So firstly thank you for designing a product that allows me to keep in contact with my father and secondly the follow up support you have given since the Granpad arrived has been truly amazing...so again a big thank you to the whole team. I'm an ancient technophobe and I found Techsilver's Youtube video of the tracker I bought very useful and very easy to understand. My purchase arrived the next day as promised and was very easy to set up. I spoke to a member of staff who was very friendly and made me feel that if I didn't understand anything they would be very happy to talk with me. I'm very happy with the service I received and with the product I bought.

I haven't met anyone who is a choosy as me when it comes to computer keyboards but for me this product is perfect. It's got a nice good quality feel to It is, as far as I know, a completely new line. I can't understand why anyone would put up with those bog standard £10 all-black keyboards put out by Dell and just about everybody else. Probably it's a similar situation to the Model T Ford situation – you can have whatever colour you like as long as that's black too. Millions of people in Britain are sight impaired and would benefit from having a high-visibility palette of letters and numbers, large black capital letters on a large white background - ideal. I don't yet know how the keyboard will stand up to having 100,000 words tapped on it but I'll find out soon enough. (Watch this space.) I'm going to ask Which? Magazine to road test it because if it passes muster I shall recommend it even more. The problem is the price, £99.95. It's worth that to me because I’m a heavy user. My unconvinced friends will likely wait until the price drops to nearer the norm. Innovation costs have to be paid off first, of course, which explains the high price you'd have to pay. One little unexpected bonus. I didn't realise it came with a wifi light plugged into the keyboard itself, one of those anglepoise things. It was in danger of being thrown away with the packaging. (There's a hint.) It's smart and extremely useful. Techsilver need a smart marketing group to reach the potential customers who will realise that they need the keyboard after using it for about an hour. If you're reading this, you probably need this product. I wish Techsilver well. Russell Telfer

Compact keyboard in yellow with black lettering in a size I can see as well as an LED USB Light..Perfect.. I can ask for nothing more to operate my Mac. Well done TechSilver

WELL I HAVE NOT HAD THE PRODUCT LONG BUT THUS FAR, IT HAS HELPED ME IMMENSELY, ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE KEYBOARD HAVING THE LARGER KEYS. I AM NOT TYPING WRONG LETTERS AS I WAS WITH MY LAST ORDINAIRY KEYBOARD SIZE AND I DO NOT HAVE TO PRESS SO HARD ON THE KEYS WITH MY CURRENT MODEL. THE STAFF HELPED ME IMMENSLY WITH MY PRE-PURCHASE ENQUIRIES. IT WAS PACKAGE WELL. VERY GLAD I MADE THE PURCHASE.

Have only been using theTechSilver I OS keyboard for a few daysI OS keyboard for a few days but already extremely pleased with it. Keys are extremely clear and have a nice positive feel about them. The adjustable task light attached to the keyboard is invaluable and has two settings - low and bright. I recommend this keyboard for people with a visual impairment. A quality product.

Excellent people and company to work with. We bought a tracker for my mother and they're always on hand to answer any questions and resolve any issues. They understand their products inside out and will always go the extra mile to assist - I can't rate them enough and so glad we didn't buy elsewhere!

The GrandPad is fantastic, and has made my mum very happy as she can finally video call with us over lockdown! So simple to use, and worth every penny. Customer service is very thorough, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, understanding - etc. Listened and responded clearly and intelligently to the point to all of my questions . No patronising or 'sales' talk! Couldn't have been better! Thank you so much!

Hi My only issue with the pendant which is a great product is, when I call the item the number is not recognize, but the wife can contact me from the device which is the main thing .

Really good device for tracking my wife, who has Alzheimers. I would have given 5 stars if battery lasted longer than two and a half days to 3 days max in default mode 2. However, I'm very pleased with the functionality and ease of tracking on the map.

Very pleased when first received it but microphone not working on telephone calls. Reported it following day so we haven’t used it waiting for a replacement. Very helpful customer service staff . hoping the replacement will work.
