“As far as customer service goes, Tech Silver takes some beating. Over the years I had got used to the difficulties in contacting companies to try and sort out problems with products that are not as they should be. Tech Silver surprised me by contacting me (by phone) soon after I ordered a product, to explain differences in the manufacturers wording of the product to what I was actually ordering, so that I had the opportunity to cancel if I wished. A further problem then arose after the product arrived, which they sorted out immediately with the manufacturer and contacted me (again by phone) with the problem sorted. Worth five stars I think. “having wet macular in both eyes, large black letters on yellow is very good and helps a lot . would like to have seen same colour with larger keys the @ should have been larger too, overall 100% better for the standard black and white keyboard”

“Simple straight forward ordering, clear precise and efficient.... at least it would have been if I hadn't made a mistake on my address however once I had noticed it on the e-mail confirmation it only took a quick reply to mention the problem and an equally quick response from Techsilver to have everything back on track. Admirable service!!”
