“Fantastic company to deal with and the after support even greater, which indeed is the best measure. Chandu in Sales is extremly knowledgeable, helping to choose the best laptop to suit budget and requirements otherwise. Mark in the support team redefines the meaning of great customer service, diligently following up all from start to finish. This has been a wonderful purchasing experience and I would not shop elsewhere for any future laptop purchases as they offer a great selection at great value and delivery is painless using DPD with 1 hr delivery slots. Thank you Technoworld as it's clear why after 22 years you are still in business, never losing sight of the customer. Your high star rating is well deserved.”

“The computer was delivered very quickly however the computer itself has caused a certain amount of grief. I loaded the Avast anti virus program, the Thunderbird e mail program and Microsoft Works (which includes a word processor) and then deleted Google Chrome (which crept in unwanted as a by-product of loading Avast) and Mcafee anti virus. To complete the Mcafee removal a restart was required. I selected restart and the computer turned off but wouldn't turn on again. I ended up having to do a full reset which took many hours. I have since repeated exactly what I did the first time and so far all is well - but every time I start the computer I worry whether it will start or not. I am therefore still using my old 2009 computer until my trust in the new one builds up.....not really very happy about this!”

“Technoworld had the laptop I wanted at a great price. It was all very straightforward. I paid for first class delivery and my laptop arrived within 2 days. It is running really well and was easy to set up - I did it myself. Really happy so far.I love the touchscreen and the laptop has a great spec for the price.”

“The items were easily found on the web site and placing the order was simple. I was informed when the delivery would arrive and it arrive at the beginning of the 1 hour window. The order was assembled for me which I was not expecting. Overall excellent service from Technoworld and the delivery service. I would certainly use the company again.”

“How did Technoworld Plc make me happy? In two words - Mark Davis. Mark works in the support team at Technoworld and is an absolute asset to the organisation. It is unfortunately a rare occasion in this country that you receive support at this excellent level and with this level of diligent follow up and communication. Although the problem I had was fairly simple on the face of it, the resolution was anything but involving multiple people across supplier and manufacturer. The level of confidence I have in an organisation is not gauged by their product pricing but how they handle support issues. Mark has given me every confidence in Technoworld and I would absolutely use them again. Well done Mark! All the best for the future.”

“Great personal service. They weren't sure I'd ordered the best model for my needs, made the effort to contact me to check. They made sure this didn't affect delivery - it was earlier than quoted - and I learned along the way. Nice one.”
