“I ordered an Acer 19" Monitor and did not pay for postage, preferring the free option with delivery up to 7 days. I received it after 4 days. I liked the Monitor so i ordered another one and it arrived next day! Again i opted for the free postage and up to 7 days for delivery but it reached me like i'd paid for next day's delivery. Excellent service indeed!”

“I purchased a monitor which was dispatched with an EU mains cable instead of a UK one. The monitor was very well priced based on my research and fine other than this issue. The guys at Technoworld very quickly dispatched the right cable which arrived in 36 hours from the delivery of the monitor I bought. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them based on this.”

“I ordered a Synology Disc Station and paid by BACS. I heard nothing back and I followed up 2 days later to be told that my payment had not been recieved. After 48 hours Mark Davies or the accounts team found the payment and dispatched the goods after two further calls by me. I had to chase all the way, as promised calls did not happen. Technoworld, you must follow calls up and not blame other departments "in my case the Accounts Team" for falling short. My build plan lost two days and you shirked my request for £100 refund. Your tricky, and for me not an experience I will wish again.”

“Excellent customer service and value. Ordered a desktop and opted for the 7 day free service. Ordered at 4pm. By 5pm the product had been despatched and arrived the next day at 1pm! Tracking service by DPD also amazing. Also received some good telephone advice in solving some set-up issues with e-mail.”
