“Why 4 stars not 5. I am a believer in there is always room for improvement but in reality it is hard to see where they can make much improvement. I ordered on a Sunday the tablet arrived on the Tuesday. I got the tablet at a good prce.well packed. Would I buy from them again. Definitely. Would I recommend them to family and friends definitely. Well done team. I only have one observation I would have preferred an email telling me the item had shipped, rather than the order is complete. Which is the email I received. Keep up the good work.”

“Brilliant service. Were very helpful on the phone when I had a query and when I ordered the laptop came next day. Only downside was that the warranty only showed 6 months left when I registered with HP but that was soon resolved. Very happy with this company.”

“Excellent, really competitive prices. Customer service is excellent, both on-line and by phone. The laptop I'd ordered went out of stock, before mine could be despatched, so they gave me the next model up for the same price - and it arrived the following day! This is the first time I've used this company. Techno world will now be my first port of call for future tech purchases.”

“Ordered an item over the Christmas break, which meant delivery was quoted at 7 working days. Well it came in 2 working days, im guessing they likely they sent it on next day (which i didn't pay for) the day they got back in, so A+ for effort! The item was competitively priced, delivered in excellent time and arrived well packaged in full working order. Well played Technoworld, well played :)”
