“The laptop I ordered as was the best priced at TechnoWorld out of several sites I checked first. I opted for the standard free delivery, but it arrived next day by DPD (who are by far the best courier in my experience) so overall was very impressed, definitely recommended!”

“Needed a new laptop to replace my wife's ageing machine, so checked out reviews for Technoworld. Following a very helpful on-line chat to check specs/price etc I ordered an HP 250 G4 laptop. Being in no particular rush I didn't pay for next-day delivery. However, it arrived the following morning via courier and we are both delighted with the service, delivery, price and (most importantly) the laptop. Brilliant service !! Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends/family etc.”

“Phoned on the Monday to check stock levels after Black Friday weekend, they had my laptop in stock so I ordered it. I choose the 'up to 7 day' delivery option (which was free) and received a text in the afternoon confirming that my delivery would be the next day. Would certainly recommend Technoworld to others.”

“Dear Sirs, The illyama monitor purchased from you was delivered in perfect condition and is a wonderful addition to my computer setup ... and at a great price. However ... TNT, the delivery company you use, 'claim' to have tried to deliver the item on Friday, November 20th. I was in all day and nobody came to the house and no postcard showing a failed delivery was left. I arrived home on Monday, November 23rd, to find a failed delivery postcard saying that they would try to deliver it the next day. I called TNT, just to check up that it WOULD be delivered the next day and they said that, since there had been two attempts at delivery, the item would not be out the next day and that they would have to reschedule and the delivery for Friday, November 27th. I told them that there had been only one delivery attempt and that there was no evidence of a failed delivery on the previous Monday but they very diplomatically side-stepped my complaint and insisted that the Friday was the best they could do ... claiming that they were really a commercial/business delivery company and not used to delivering to home addresses, with the chance that nobody would be at home!! I would therefore suggest that for domestic deliveries you use another company, as it was over a week from the first 'claimed' delivery date before I actually received my item!! Regards, Colin M.
