“I purchased 2 x Hanns-G monitor from them. The purchase experience was excellent, their website is very easy to navigate, their prices are very competitive (at least for my purchase), delivery was well ahead of time considering if was free. Their delivery update info was very good. I would/will use Technoworld Plc again and highly recommend them to any one thinking of buying any of their stock. “If I could do zero stars I would. I visited the site to look at a laptop priced at £1,320. I used the chat to find out when I could expect delivery of the laptop in question, and I was told if I chose next day I could have it by tomorrow. When I went back to the laptop, literally seconds later, the price had increased by £100 to £1,420. When I asked if I could have it at the price advertised two minutes ago, Technoworld said their prices are 'streamed' to them direct from HP, and that there were 'promotional units' which are now sold out. I don't believe that for a second, they blatantly increased the price of the laptop when I expressed an interest in it.”

“I purchased two top of the range HP laptops, had issues with the screen shadowing due to the antiglare, I called HP originally but they were stalling to replace, with lots of perseverance and support from Technoworld we were issued a credit!! Thank You Mark for working so hard to getting this resolved, I am sure you would of liked me to go away, you have really pulled out the stops to get this resolved! I am looking forward to purchasing Two new Laptops this week with my Credit Note from you :-))”

“I needed a new computer I told them what capacity and spec they advise me on what computer to get in my budget and they delivered it the next day at 4pm I set it up and by 5 oclock it was up and running . really pleased with the computer and there service.”

“I needed 3 of one particular type of PC so I phoned to check they had enough stock. The call was dealt with efficiently and I placed the order immediately on their website safe in the knowledge that they could fulfil my order. The items arrived next day with DPD exactly as promised.
