“Excellent service from Viraj @ technoworld when buying my HP business laptop. Although I just missed out on a special offer I proceeded with my purchase as I had been looking for a while and decided to bite the bullet. Viraj was very helpful, giving the best price he could. I was going to order online, but wanted to ask about the optional illuminated keyboard. I was told it wasn’t available, so was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived with illuminated keyboard and fingerprint reader that was also optional. Delivery was quick and on the day specified. Overall I am very pleased and would happily recommend technoworld and buy from them again. Many thanks!”

“Excellent service, ordered on-line, double-checked by ringing up. Very helpful. Easily the best deal on the i7 laptop I purchased. Very speedy delivery, I e-mailed asking for a particular day and that was fine. Excellent company and best value out there. Highly recommended.”

“TECHNOWORLD genuinely had the laptop in stock (as opposed to PC Currys World Business who claimed to have it in stock and then messed us about). The laptop arrived 2 days later despite the fact we opted for free 7-day delivery. I had never heard of TECHNOWORLD before.Based on my experience so far it gets the thumbs up.I hope that their customer aftersales service is similarly good. If so all their competitors should watch out.”

“Everything is fine with Technoworld PLC, but HP care pack Major issue with registering. I phoned them several times but issue with their phone line. Still problem not sorted by HP Care team. You needs to email your Invoice for right Expiry date and Scan of Care Pack - Bar codes to activate as per Technoworld PLC. Nice service from Technoworld !!! 5 out of 5 from Me....”

“Ordered 2 projector lifts on next day delivery. Their despatcher 'allegedly' held up the delivery to query if we'd ordered the right product for our project. WTH??? Who does that? Then when they did arrive one lift was damaged. I didn't actually report this because we were mid-way through a same day install, so what would they have realistically done about it? So....not overly impressed if i'm honest. They were the cheapest by quite a margin, but i guess the old adage is true...."ya get what ya pay for".”

“Technoworld PLC is a great source of IT products which are always competitively priced. Order fulfilment is outstanding with deliveries made much quicker than expected. Administrative requests such as for quick invoice delivery are handled in a courteous and responsive manner. Technical recommendations are invariably instructive. A great company to do business with!”

“Parcel not delivered as we were not home and delivery company difficult to get hold of but technoworld so helpful to sort things out and everything was sorted. Item arrived well within delivery timescales given and we are absolutely delighted with the dell mini laptop. Our daughter is over the moon. Thank you TechnoWorld”
