“Price was not as advertised (HP 250 G5 laptop) £426, when i clicked on it it came to £443 instead, so a little slip up there. But service very good (as was the on line info service).”

“The ordering process for the HP350 G2 was excellent, contact and delivery excellent, in terms of manageability so I could guarantee to be around when the laptop arrived. The only concern was the software and drivers on the laptop itself. It took me a number of hours with some false starts to get the laptop to be fully up to date and operational. More support for this would have been useful.”

“The only problem was that the acknowledgenent of the order did not arrive till late the next day after a telephone call to ensure the order had been received. Delivery was on time and excellent. I have one query how do I claim my £20 cash back no instructions have been received.”
