“The order was dispatched extremely quickly. There was a hiccup unfortunately with the courier company but it still arrived within the promised period. Technoworld were prompt and thorough in looking into why it had not arrived more quickly.”

“I ordered 2 hard drives but only one was showing as in stock but as their price was the best I could find I was prepared to wait. I also opted for the free delivery option which I believe was up to 7 days. I received notification the same day of dispatch and received my drives the next day. Brilliant”

“Not impressed so far. Driver called Saturday. I was at home but heard nothing. I called DHL Parcel. Arranged for delivery on Tuesday 3rd Dec. However, when I log into my account it says the order is COMPLETE. I am unable to track the parcel, as the order is deemed to be complete. I do not want to have to stay in all day not knowing when the parcel will arrive. Please assist. Chris Nixon 01332 510454.”

“The product was exactly as advertised. I had an issue with credit card but the customer care was super efficient and I could pay with bank transfer. I received a full refund on the card and the shipping was fast like a thunder. Wish I could give an extra star!”
