“Everything went well with my order aside from a few small issues - on the website my order was showing 'pending' even after it had been processed and dispatched. This, coupled with me not receiving any email notifications as my order was processed, made it difficult to know when to expect delivery and plan for it. One other issue I experienced was trying to communicate with someone from the support team via the website's live chat. In the middle of the conversation the representative simply stopped responding. This may have been a technical issue, however I did not see any error messages and I was able to continue to send messages to the chat. The last response I received was just before your support hours finished, so it seemed to me as though the representative just up and went home in the middle of a conversation. That may not have actually been the case, but it seemed that way.”

“Quick delivery. Helpful sales staff. Good advice. The computer is ridiculously fast. Loads up in seconds. Internet pages pop up in no time. I was hoping it might be almost no noise but there's a little bit. Not as much as a desktop. It's May the 4th 2020 ( going on 3 years later)and the computer is still going great guns. Very fast. fantastic deal.”

“Mark was super-helpful to deal with. I ordered a laptop and docking station online, but he kindly called to advise they were not actually compatible! He then investigated for me, confirmed what was compatible. One docking station arrived with a European plug rather than UK. Mark kindly looked into this and promptly arranged a replacement UK plug.”

“Ordering and payment very simple. Stated that delivery would be within 7 days when in fact it was delivered the next working day.Informed of 1 hour delivery slot morning of delivery day which was adhered to. All paperwork sent by email very efficiently. TOP MARKS to Technoworld plc for making the whole process so simple and efficient. Very pleased with my purchase which was easy to set up!”
