“It is only day one with the new screen, but up to now I have no real complaints. - There was a quick turnaround of pre sales advice further to several questions regarding product warranty and pixel policy. - The online shopping experience was smooth and the order was quickly processed and even dispatched within 24hrs, even though free (5 -7 days) shipping option was chosen. - Screen was shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. - The manufacturer's packaging and the product therein was undamaged and seems to be (so far) in good working order.”

“Having never purchased anything of pretty high value on any website before I was to say the least dubious which is if I'm honest a big understatement, I was worried sick, but I took the plunge and bought a Lenovo V55T Ryzen 5 3400G 11CC0009UK desktop and paid for a 3 day delivery. It arrived the following day (Not 3 Days) in absolute perfect packaging and condition, plus also contained a wired Mouse & Keyboard which where not even advertised with the desk top. (Bonus) I have registered the desk top with Lenovo for the warranty and done checks on the system etc, result, absolutely perfect and has windows 10 Pro as stated. Just got to download MS Office and I'm ready to go. Will I use TechnoWorld again for any computing needs, one word Definitely, it's probably the best service I've ever had on any website that I have purchased from. Top Marks TechnoWorld and Thanks. P.S. A Fantastic Price nearly £100 cheaper than anyone else.”

“I spoke with Technoworld re pricing and they put me off the competition, telling me they supply European stock, not UK stock. I placed the order, which arrived a few days later, only to find my new monitor was delivered with a European plug, and no UK plug, and the warranty booklet referenced a Turkish website and a Turkish telephone number for support. Very disappointing. They did then work with me to send the missing cables and ensure I had a full UK warranty which is why I have changed the review from 'poor' to 'acceptable', but overall a frustrating experience. I was even asked to ring Dell to request the missing cables... Dell then told me the that they wouldn't deal with me direct because I'd purchased through a retailer and not direct with them, so it would need to be the retailer ringing to resolve any issues. I should not have had to spend the amount I did ringing round trying to get a UK plug for my new equipment!”

“Amazing company. I was a bit sceptic in the beginning because I never heard about them before, but everything went more them fine. I selected normal delivery and the very next day someone was knocking my door with my Dell monitor. Just amazing.”

“I phoned them for some advice on monitors and got straight through to someone who answered my questions quickly and fully. I ordered the monitor yesterday afternoon with free delivery and it arrived just after lunch today! I'm very impressed with the service. I know this website is about the service but I have to say that I am also very impressed with the monitor (HP E273q)”

“I have been very satisfied with my purchase. My only niggle I have is that I paid for next day delivery but it did not arrive until the day after that. It was a bank holiday on the monday but I searched the website to see if it said it would be delayed because of that but could not find anything to suggest it would be. Other than this everything was well organized and delivery spot on. Thank you.”

“With a myriad of laptops and suppliers to choose from online it can be quite exhausting trying to find the right one at the right price. I called Technoworld to enquire about a particular laptop - their rep was extremely helpful and gave me some good advice. I bought my new laptop from them a few days later - it arrived the next day at no extra cost. So far all good - I love my new laptop {Lenovo V15 82C500G5UK Core i3-1005G1 8GB 256GB SSD 15.6IN FHD Win 10 Home.} Excellent service - many thanks.”
