“Speaking with TechnoWorld prior to the purchase was very beneficial. The contact was knowledgable, and helpful and was able to anser the questions I asked clearly and in a language I understood. He was able to explain the reasons why Windows 7 and 10 were being offered, the money back from HP for older redundant computers.”

“While delivery was very fast and packaging excellent, 1 of the 2 HP X2 convertables I ordered had a different colour top to the base. Lucky my wife isn't as fussy as me or it would have gone back. The other was fine. The 1Tb disk was not recognised on each of the tablets so had to partition and format them (10hrs each!!!). The OS installed on each of the Tablets was at different states, but neither were updatable in the state they arrived in, saying that the update server could not be contacted, and a few other errors. Partly due to a crappy install, but also due to Win10 having more bugs than my car Windscreen. Once I had done a complete reinstall of Win10 from the restore partition, and then made a few slight changes to fix the standard bugs that were still left, and also 'cleaned' the disks of old files, they finally updated correctly. After each update has worked successfully, it is important to do a disk cleanup to remove old update files or you will run out of disk space. Technoworld replied very quickly and politely to my support request email, but suggested I book it into HP to fix which wasn't good. In other words, they just shift the boxes and provide no actual support! This is important to understand, so you know what to expect if you have problem. Would I buy from them again? hmmm, possibly if their prices were better than elsewhere, but not if I wanted to have actual support with my purchase.”

“A last minute need for an action camera microphone. The best price (why I shopped here in the first place), but then as I needed it promptly I paid the extra for 2-3 day express delivery (still cheaper than anywhere else!). Ordered around 2pm Monday, it arrived by 9:30am the next day! All made possible by the first class customer service from Sophie via the online chat function. A perfect example of how online shopping is taking over and why.”

“Bought a HP Laptop from Technoworld with prompt delivery. Laptop really easy to set-up. I knew what specifications I wanted for a laptop and searched online for the best deal and came across Technoworld. I'm very pleased with my purchase, good value for money.
