“I telephoned first and got the questions I had on the item first. Very friendly. Because I was paying by card they couldn't take the order over the phone. Went online and ordered and it arrived well packaged when promised. Would deal with them again.”

“Ordered a new monitor which arrived promptly the next day. On receipt of delivery I realised that I had ordered the wrong monitor to match my existing office setup. Arrangement of replacement and return of monitor simply and easy. Staff very helpful. One satisfied customer.”

“A last minute need for an action camera microphone. The best price (why I shopped here in the first place), but then as I needed it promptly I paid the extra for 2-3 day express delivery (still cheaper than anywhere else!). Ordered around 2pm Monday, it arrived by 9:30am the next day! All made possible by the first class customer service from Sophie via the online chat function. A perfect example of how online shopping is taking over and why.”

“Bought a HP Laptop from Technoworld with prompt delivery. Laptop really easy to set-up. I knew what specifications I wanted for a laptop and searched online for the best deal and came across Technoworld. I'm very pleased with my purchase, good value for money. I'm not able to comment on the service from the company because I've not needed to get in touch with them. Would recommend :)”

“Hello! I just wanted to say that my experience buying a laptop from Technoworld this week was really remarkable. Right from when I spoke to Mark to process the payment he was so helpful in explaining the process. And when my card didn't work he was helpful to send the screenshot so my bank could sort out the problem. He was extremely attentive to ensure that we found a way for me to pay. Eventually I came to make the payment- Vishal set aside the laptop for me, the payment was made and I had my laptop :) I'm so pleased to see that some people are willing to go above and beyond to assist others. They both get huge five stars from me!”

“Great shopping experience. I bought a laptop from them. I called the sales team and spoke to them before and they were very helpful. Their website was very intuitive and the search function worked well. Delivery was very prompt and the product was great. To improve: add a few more technical details in the description of the product. There wasn't much for mine. I bought a: Dell XPS 9550 Core i7-6700HQ 16GB 512GB SSD 15.6 FHD CAM Win 10 Pro 9550-FHD1”

“The ordering process for the HP350 G2 was excellent, contact and delivery excellent, in terms of manageability so I could guarantee to be around when the laptop arrived. The only concern was the software and drivers on the laptop itself. It took me a number of hours with some false starts to get the laptop to be fully up to date and operational. More support for this would have been useful.”
