“Purchased a 32" Dell USB C monitor from Technoworld - all was a positive experience. I nearly paid more for next day delivery, but as it was a high value item it was sent with next day delivery anyway, so I am glad I didn't pay extra! Was a pleasant experience, good value for money for the item, ordering was easy. Would have been nice to have been sent an e-mail with tracking details on it as well, I had to phone to see if it was dispatched.”

“Wow! What excellent customer service. Was a little apprehensive as did not know company, but lots of good comments on reviews and price of item was very competitive, so decided to gamble. Glad I did. Ordered on Tuesday evening, confirmation of order and dispatch on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday. Laptop is as described, initially very pleased with it. But the service, just excellent, you could not ask for any better. Really very pleased with this company. The service was just phenomenal.”

“Bought this computer for xmas so cannot comment on computer performance yet ~ but i can comment on Technoworld, Contacted the company on two occasions and I asked various questions and these were answered accurately and professionally Delivery was exceptional ## ordering at around 16:50 and computer arrived at 12:30 the following day. Excellent !!!”

“Mark and Minesh helped us sort everything. My 14 year old lad came across a problem and they listened in a sensitive, bespoke and good way. They will keep him as a customer for life. No one expects electrical goods on-line service to be any good and it's part of how folk offset paying less. Here you get both. V impressed all round.”

“My laptop was sent quickly, and the price was the lowest I could find. The only improvement needed is better information; the website just said the order was completed without giving delivery updates. I didn't know when it was due to arrive and it was left with a neighbour without any notification, so if she had wanted to keep it she could have done.”

“I have only just seen this mail as went into a different file (other) rather than my usual Focussed. In general I like this machine but I did swbd you an email on the 17th instant but didn't receive a response so somewhat disappointed. Time went on so I took the matter no further and started to enjoy using it despite having n touch screen I will try to attach said email for your info/”

“Plenty of product information, purchase and order straightforward. I was kept up to date with delivery information and given text messages of times of delivery (which was accurate). Opted for free P&P which said up to 7 days, it only took 2. So far, very pleased.”
