“I researched buying a new laptop for my son to death. I checked best prices and customer service .In the end I found Technoworld to have the best reviews and best price . I then rang Laptops direct ( their number is not free and the company that I work for give wow points if you use them). The sales person at laptops direct was uninterested in trying to match the price but then tried to tell me that Technoworld was based abroad and that I might end up with a laptop built for a foreign market .I asked the sales person why their free delivery takes 7 days and was told that it was to get you to pay for next day delivery-this really is not good service from laptops direct. I decided to order from Technoworld on free delivery .I ordered at about 16:45 and I got emails telling me it would arrive next day and a time slot .laptop arrived on time and was excellent. I can not fault the service of Technoworld. The laptop had the correct code on it that signified that it was for Europe . I would not ever use laptops direct as a result of the unprofessional sales person.”

“Very professional and prompt service good price and stocked items that are not directly available from the usual chain suppliers to the public. They have other offers a little more up market than the usual fodder on offer. Good fast service, on the shelf products and fast response to any questions or delivery queries. Will shop here again.. “Really impressive! Had never heard of Technoworld prior to this purchase, even though I am a regular technology/IT purchaser. And the price was really competitive, so was naturally a little hesitant. I then read about their relationships with companies I trust the products of, such as Lenovo, and that made me make the jump. I am so glad I did. The customer service was second to none, with regular email updates as to the progress of my order. I opted for free 7 day delivery, but the Chromebook (laptop) came next working day! Icing on the cake. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I have already started recommending this company to friends and family, and thought them worthy of this longer review. Well done Technoworld, will definitely be ordering from you again.”
