“Excellent service - ordered just two small 2GB ECC RAM modules, and they immediately phoned to make sure I needed it for a server - not a regular PC. Arrived swiftly, and even included a branded USB stick - considering this was a £7 order, this is quite amazing :-) Memory is now humming along in my PowerEdge. I'll definitely be back next time”

“Honestly the best customer experience i've ever come across. Instant chat options when browsing the site, where James had helped me choose the right piece of memory for my machine. Once I purchased the piece of memory, I even received a phone call from James, confirming this is what I wanted, ensuring it was compatible with my machine. Never had such excellent customer service until now.”

“In our search for finding system ram for an older Tyan workstation motherboard, my brother and me thourt we found a match here and ordered 8 x 4gb of ram, The good people at Pinnacle data had the foresight to follow up on our order, and after having a chat on the phone we confirmed that my motherboard was not compatible, and unfortunately no other ram they had would be ether, so we agreed on cancelling the order and having a full refund, Even though i didn't get anything i was very happy with the way the order was handled, and saved everyone wasting time and money, Best customer relations I've had.”

“Ordered a dual port HP gigabit NIC. The price was great. I wanted to install in a microserver so needed a low profile bracket. Unfortunately the card arrived with only the full height bracket and not both as mentioned in the description and shown on the picture. A quick on-line chat with the Pinnacle support on the web site sorted the problem and a low profile end bracket was sent out immediately, arriving NBD. Very pleased with the prices and the helpful customer support when there was a problem. The card is now in 24/7 operation without any problems. Will buy from Pinnacle again.”

“Every order has been dispatched swiftly and in sturdy packaging. They've also been helpful when responding to queries about some of the items we've ordered, including mailing out an alternative bracket for a FC card we purchased at no additional cost.”
