“My good old R5400 broke down and a lot of data files were trapped, see example pictures ... It transpired that the power supply was gone. To overcome the problem, I bought a second R5400 on eBay from Pinnacle Data, moved the disks across and Windows didn't start. Support from a local computer repair company got it going so my files are now rescued. Very good outcome, thanks to contact Tim at Pinnacle Data. I'll buy more kit from them in the future.”
