“Hover big or unique in terms of requirements our purchase is Techbuyer can find adequate hardware in stock and do fast deliver with unbeatable price! We are buying from them for many years now and surely we will for many in the future and Vince who - I must admit - chase not only during standard office hours is always great help.”

“Ellie has been fantastic from day 1 , knowledgeable and always gets back to you when asked. And when I was experiencing a problem with either the LTO 6 drive I purchased from them or the software I was using they offered to take the drive back and soak test it all free of charge. really appreciated their efforts on this.”

“Excellent customer service and special thanks to Grace for her professionalism. She sent me an email to verify what I was purchasing and what system I was planning to use it for before confirming it would be processed and shipped immediately. “So Techbuyer... I ordered a 8gb Dimm and paid via Paypal hoping to get it the next day.. within 15 minutes I recieved an email asking if it was for a server or pc as the ram onky works in a server and would not work in a pc. I replied stating I wanted it for a desktop pc and got another email saying that it wouldnt work and a full refund would be given and the order cancelled.. Doesnt sound much I know but from sale to cancelation was 30 minutes, I knew what was happening and because they was "on the ball" saved me waiting in for it, trying it, then crying because it didnt work. Excellent customer service, thanks for being decent about my mistake :)”

“I accidentally purchased the wrong RAM type from this company, and before they even processed the order, Grace, from their sales department, contacted me to query my purchase. She wanted to make sure I purchased the correct item. I DID NOT. The item I purchased was incompatible with my system and she correctly anticipated this and took the time to contact ME, before the order was shipped out. She saved me countless hours and disappointment by simply taking the time to follow up the order, without me even asking her to. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Techbuyer. They cancelled my order and refunded me 100% and even suggested several places where I could purchase the tech I needed. Their customer service is very impressive and much appreciated, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in search of tech products. Thank you very much Techbuyer!”

“Amazing service from Ellie and Grace at TechBuyer. Ordered some server RAM, they got in touch to check the compatibility and pointed out it was the wrong sort (registered, I needed unregistered). Offered to cancel and refund the order. Such wonderful service, stopped me from making a costly and embarrassing mistake! Thank you!”
