Paid for next day delivery only to be told they don’t deliver on Sundays after I paid for next day delivery The product received was badly scratched and chipped I have been requested to return product then I they will submit a new item why should I have to return the item first surely a new item should have been sent immediately as this was a birthday gift. I was told to take the item to a post office or similar I’m disabled don’t drive and cannot carry the weight alone of this large and heavy record player and speakers Very poor customer service

Hi Pam, Thanks for your review. Sorry to see that the speaker had a minor chip on it, we immediately issued a pre-paid returns label to get the item back for a full replacement for you. We can't simply send a replacement without requesting the defective item back unfortunately, but I can see the matter was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. If you are unable to get to a drop off point then we can arrange a one-off collection from your home as a gesture of goodwill however, looking at the email chain, we were not made aware of any issues. Regarding the delivery, you ordered on Sunday 16th March, the website and checkout stated the delivery date of Tuesday 18th, which it was delivered on as you had selected next working day, we do not ship on Sundays unfortunately. Not great quality and the velvet head of the brush fell off even before I got to use it.

I would love to be able to sit here and write a brilliant review! How ever.. unfortunately that is not the case. The product was shipped & arrived super quick via DPD. The product is packaged well. The instructions are super simple to follow and the look of speakers themselves are very impressive. The whole install took less than a hour. Setting up the speakers is nice and easy via Bluetooth and the LitheAudio app to change settings on the speakers is very user friendly. My speakers are wired off a spur of my lighting circuit as the instructions state - this is where it’s gets bad. I turn my kitchen lights on and bang. The RCD trips. Kitchen lights go off. The RCD trips the second you try and put it back on. I disconnect the power to the speakers and my lights come back on. Connected a flex cable to the speaker power supply and plug them into a socket. Bang. The socket rcd trips. The issue being a faulty power supply. Called K&B audio on Friday (16th) and explain the issue. They tell me they will email Lithe audio and get a replacement power supply shipped to me and will email a confirmation as to what is happening. Again call K&B audio on Monday (19th) and I am told someone will call me back. I never received a call. I called again today Tuesday (20th) spoke to Jack and was told Lithe haven’t responded to there email but he will chase and all should be resolved by today. Still no follow up email as to when I will be receiving a new power supply. So this is where I am at today. £300s worth of speakers unusable. Personally I think for a product that is a few days old to have the power supply fail is not acceptable. Yes these things happen but I am no further on getting my product working.

Hi Jack, my apologies that your PSU was faulty. I have looked into this and can see that a replacement PSU was sent via next day courier on Tuesday 20th from Lithe Audio directly, after your conversation with our Jack. The delivery of the Pure Elan one was very good. However, the performance of the radio is not. I am not able to select on DAB any BBC station except BBC Radio Kent.these staations, for some reason, just dont appear on the list available. What am I doing wrong?
