“Didn't get a chance to find out how pleasant and helpful the staff are because online ordering was simple, the product arrived within 2 days all as-described and well-packaged, in accordance with my delivery instructions to the courier who kept me advised of the delivery schedule so I didn't need to contact the company. “over the moon with my audio set up after all the help from Aiden at k&b audio. amazing customer service, especially when I didnt have a clue where to begin!
