“Exceptional service and products. Through the K&B 'chat line' the customer service team were very helpful and guided me to the products that matched my requirements. Styling and price very good with a choice of finishes....all in stock! K&B acted on my order immediately - even though it was the weekend. I couldn't believe it when my purchase arrived the following day.”

“The chat facility really cemented my purchase. Being able to ask all the questions about this and that that I needed to (as a total novice) and not have to deal with pushy sales tactics was really refreshing. I think it was Jay that spoke to me, post purchase also staff available to answer set up questions (shout out to Jason). The human touch is great. Also delivered in lightning speed and packed well.”

“Great service from K&B from the start. I loved the videos on the website for each of the products, and communication and delivery were good too. After only a few uses, the Audio-Technica AT-LP70XBT seems like a great choice and the instructions to set it up were clear. I'm also very pleased with the Edfier speakers too. “I was pleased overall with the website. However , I couldn't find the dimensions of the speakers anywhere . I ordered in the hope that the size was OK. Luckily it was. The only other downfall I thought was the delivery . It was great that it was fast but there wasn't any notification of when it was likely to be on the website before the order went through. At the time it was due to be delivered I wasn't going to be in. I had several attempts to change the delivery time on the couriers website but it wouldn't let me. Luckily the courier managed to leave with a neighbour which is what I would have requested anyway if their website had allowed me. I was worried that they might leave them at my property unattended. All worked ot fine in the end though. Very happy with the product.”
