“Amazing service! After receiving some sound advice (excuse the pun) from the team I ordered the E100 ceiling speaker kit. I required next day delivery but missed the option on check out - I called and spoke to Joe and he was so helpful, he went over and above to ensure the speakers were delivered the next day as promised. “Ordered a Lithe Audio bathroom ceiling speaker, but forgot to apply my discount code during checkout. I emailed their customer services afterwards, and they sorted this out without issue and refunded me the difference! Item was delivered next day as promised, and was well packaged! Highly recommended and I will certainly be using you again in the future!”
