“After having a problem with 'mains hum' for a long time when using my record deck, I have been sold extension cable twice recently to sort out the problem but to no avail. After reading your information, I purchased a 3 mtr extension cable from yourselves along with a m-f adaptor. Problem solved at last. Many thanks for your great service. I now know where to go for hi-fi stuff. Thank you.”

“Exceptional service and products. Through the K&B 'chat line' the customer service team were very helpful and guided me to the products that matched my requirements. Styling and price very good with a choice of finishes....all in stock! K&B acted on my order immediately - even though it was the weekend. I couldn't believe it when my purchase arrived the following day.”

“The chat facility really cemented my purchase. Being able to ask all the questions about this and that that I needed to (as a total novice) and not have to deal with pushy sales tactics was really refreshing. I think it was Jay that spoke to me, post purchase also staff available to answer set up questions (shout out to Jason). The human touch is great. Also delivered in lightning speed and packed well.”

“I had an excellent experience with K&B Audio. I reached out for advice, and they provided me with several options to choose from. After making my selection, the turntable and speakers were dispatched the very next day. Everything arrived quickly and, most importantly, in perfect condition. Setting it all up was super easy, and it’s fantastic to hear my vinyl again—it sounds terrific! K&B guided me in the right direction, helping me find exactly what I wanted without being pushy.
