“Fantastic description of components to assist our choice. Pro-ject E1 turntable is so easy to set up via Bluetooth, and having already owned Edifier speakers, was aware of the value for money sound they produce. I’m no audiophile, but set up, sound and aesthetics are just what we wanted. Unpacked, connected and ready for Definitely Maybe 30th anniversary edition in 15 mins to celebrate reunion ticket success . Simplicity in set up, brilliant sound and long may the experience continue. The vinyl collection starts here!!”

“High end quality record player and bluetooth speaker at affordable prices. Bought as a gift for my child and set everything up themselves with ease. “A very positive experience. Wall speakers arrived quickly and were well packaged. An excellent product (Polk Audio), well designed and therefore easy to fit (even if I did have to dig out a concrete block wall to fit!). Instructions were clear and easy to follow.”

“I purchased a turntable and speaker bundle on line having carried out extensive research and reading lots of reviews. The online purchasing was quick and easy and the delivery time was excellent with my purchase arriving in a matter of days. The set up was simplified by the follow up e-mails from K&B Audio that explained how to set it up, how to clean records and how to store them. I am very impressed with the sound quality and have been using it ever since it arrived. The communication with K&B Audio, albeit via electronic means, has been excellent.”

“Recently purchased a belt drive Bluetooth turntable and speakers from K&B Audio. Have not used them yet as they are a present for my sons 18th birthday, but did open delivery boxes to check and all was as it should be. The website was very easy to navigate and purchase from and the delivery was very quick, within two days so very impressed. The price was very competitive. Much cheaper than the usual go to big one. If my son decides on Bluetooth headphones K&B Audio is where I shall head for. Very pleased and would recommend without any hesitation.”

“I recently purchased a new pair of speaker for my husband's birthday from K&B Audio and was very impressed with my overall experience. The website was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the perfect product. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I received my order well before the estimated delivery date. While I didn't need to contact customer service, I've heard great things about their responsiveness and helpfulness. I'll definitely consider K&B Audio for future audio purchases. “I would love to be able to sit here and write a brilliant review! How ever.. unfortunately that is not the case. The product was shipped & arrived super quick via DPD. The product is packaged well. The instructions are super simple to follow and the look of speakers themselves are very impressive. The whole install took less than a hour. Setting up the speakers is nice and easy via Bluetooth and the LitheAudio app to change settings on the speakers is very user friendly. My speakers are wired off a spur of my lighting circuit as the instructions state - this is where it’s gets bad. I turn my kitchen lights on and bang. The RCD trips. Kitchen lights go off. The RCD trips the second you try and put it back on. I disconnect the power to the speakers and my lights come back on. Connected a flex cable to the speaker power supply and plug them into a socket. Bang. The socket rcd trips. The issue being a faulty power supply. Called K&B audio on Friday (16th) and explain the issue. They tell me they will email Lithe audio and get a replacement power supply shipped to me and will email a confirmation as to what is happening. Again call K&B audio on Monday (19th) and I am told someone will call me back. I never received a call. I called again today Tuesday (20th) spoke to Jack and was told Lithe haven’t responded to there email but he will chase and all should be resolved by today. Still no follow up email as to when I will be receiving a new power supply. So this is where I am at today. £300s worth of speakers unusable. Personally I think for a product that is a few days old to have the power supply fail is not acceptable. Yes these things happen but I am no further on getting my product working.”

I have looked into this and can see that a replacement PSU was sent via next day courier on Tuesday 20th from Lithe Audio directly, after your conversation with our Jack.
