“I spent quite a bit of time researching what I wanted. The site was easy to navigate and I particularly liked the suggestions and tips about the types of products that would be most suitable which saved me a lot of time! The items arrived quickly and I was so relieved that the delivery box was plain as the items are surprise gift!! Thank you!! Ive yet to set it up (which looks straightforward)although have tested the speakers and the sound is fab! YAY!”

“Yes, very good service, came next day, well packed. The edifier speakers were great, for 3 days ... good tone, bass was good, then after I had chucked the box's the tweeter on passive speaker started to rattle on a bit of loud volume. Took it off and put spacers behind the screws, that cured it, actually gave it a bit more brightness, hay ho.”

“Brilliant service, product had slight damage. Phoned K&B, sent pic of damaged part and a replacement was sent immediately! What was refreshing is that when you phone K&B The phone is answered immediately by a real human being!!! Top marks K&B...don't ever change.”

“Brilliant first stereo system. We bought it as a present for our daughter to take to Uni. It’s compact with excellent sound. Easy ordering and swift delivery. The instructions it arrives with are vague at best but we were supplied with good resources by K & B and we called for some help too. Very friendly helpful customer services who helped us get the turntable working (user error!) and our daughter could not be more delighted with her stereo.”
