“Great service from K&B right from the start. Im new to vinyl players and asked for a link to set up for my particular purchase. In this modern faceless world it was refreshing to get a personal message (not generic computer base) sending me a specific link for my purchase which helped me to set up my system. Many thanks!”

“I bought player and speaker set from K&B Audio. The delivery was really swift and the packaging amazing as it kept everything in place and safe. I had an issue with the set up which was essentially my fault as I had thrown away the belt with the packaging. So I had and spoke to Jack who was super helpful and sent me a video of set up and a site link where I could get a replacement belt. He was extremely polite and patient and really helped me sort the issue.”
