“Bought a pair of Edifier desktop speakers. Had a quick and helpful chat on the phone first before placing order then, as I live quite locally, I was able to pick them up a couple of hours later. Excellent and friendly service, I'd certainly recommend and also use K&B again myself.”

“Trying to revive a silent second-hand turntable I'd acquired along with an old HiFi system, I needed a new replacement stylus. Compatibility focused it down to an ATN3600 LE, and a website search led me to K&B Audio, who seemed to have one in stock without a long wait. Even sooner than I'd anticipated their package arrived, the stylus unit very well protected at the centre of it. A perfect fit, despite not being an Audio Technica turntable. All good. Well pleased. Thank you!”

“Excellent service. Following our initial enquiry and them determining what we were looking for (but with so many choices available we weren’t sure exactly what would suit our needs best) they were well prepared and had a demonstration set up in place by the time we got there. They were extremely professional and knowledgable and we ended up buying the set up that was demonstrated to us.”
