“Ordered an item that turned out to not be in stock; suspect an installer placed a large order. I was given several options proactively and my choice; to wait for an agreed period of time, was met as promised and expected. I was in the fortunate position where time was not critical to my needs but it was dealt with professionaly and the reset expectations were met. That is the service part. The item itself appears to be of good quality and I look forward to using it.”

“Really like the Edifier XM3BT PC Speaker System. Speakers are loud enough for my needs, so is the subwoofer it has plenty of punch for my pc setup. The order was smooth and fast K&B Audio you have my big thumbs up. Definitely recommend”
