“Fantastic quality, I'm loving my new gear! The turntable was nicely packaged and really easy to set up. All the cables you need are in the box and everything is to a nice quality/ finish. Goes very well in the living room! Also I'm absolutely staggered how quickly it came as well. Ordered on a Friday afternoon it came Saturday lunchtime.”

“Update 24/09/2024 Posting an update to my original review of K&B Audio as I recently had an issue with my speakers. After sales customer service is a good test of a company and I have to say this experience has been great. Very prompt response to my original enquiry about the process under warranty with a link to how to return the product to K&B for testing. Fault was confirmed and replacement speakers sent out yesterday afternoon, arriving today. All plugged back in and listening to music again! Big thank you to Jack who handled this all. ***** Really pleased with the service from K&B. Competitively priced and delivery was prompt (with items nicely packaged). I really liked the follow up emails with advice about product set up and tios for looking after vinyl - nice additional touch.”

“I placed an online order with K&B, for a turntable and speakers, which turned out to be out of stock. They were quick to email me with information about expected delivery, and some suggested alternatives. I rang and discussed my options with Jack, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to hang on for the original items ordered, and was kept up to date with everything by Jack. K&B have been great to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.”

“There was plenty of information about speakers on the K&B site. I found the speakers I was looking for at a great price, and with the discount code it was even lower. Ordering was straightforward and the speakers arrived only a day later than the anticipated delivery date (I’m in the Scottish Highlands).”

“The Pure Classic H4 is well up to expectations, except: I was expecting a system of Presets that enables a single button selection of a station from one source, with a single selection of a station from another source, without having to switch sources: e.g. preset for BBC Radio 3 direct on FM to Classic'FM' on DAB+. Two Preset Button presses in succession, toggling as required between the 2 preset buttons, without switching sources in between. It seems that there is a separate Presets List for each of GAD+ and FM. Why is there no 'crossover'? I hope I am wrong, but until I find otherwise, the Pure Classic H4 is significantly below par in its practical operation, and disaappoints. Will someone enlighten me please?”
