“Found the shop on google maps, seemed no walk in shop but after I called I was told there is a walk in client room with set up speakers, very nice. Walked in as an appointment and was nicely surprised by the service. I have tested/listened several speakers and made a purchase. Definitely worth of calling and visiting the shop if you are after the premium sound.”

“I received excellent help when I rang the Company, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and steered me to what I wanted. I ordered a turntable and speakers online at lunchtime and by the next morning it had been delivered from one end of country to the North West. I can’t comment on the items yet because they are in my loft waiting for Christmas Day as a present for one of my boys. Very happy with the whole experience, thank you”

“I've just purchased my first decent sound system in 60 years. I'm a huge music lover but do not know what makes for a good hi-fi other than a price tag. I asked for some guidance at K&B and was extremely happy with the suggestions and their consideration of my budget. My system arrived in good time and sounds brilliant. “K&B has exceeded my expectations, particularly with their clarity in product descriptions and email correspondence. Unlike other competitors who incorrectly insisted that the Edifier R1280FBs was a studio monitor—exactly what I didn’t want—K&B got it right from the very first email, clearly explaining the type of speakers I was purchasing. I opted for an open-box item, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. Delivery was fast, and the packaging looked untouched, as if I were the first person to open it. Everything was in pristine condition. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely.”

“Been looking to upgrade my turntable for a while, and with a birthday looming, started looking around online frustrated by a lack of shops I could visit. Found what looked like a good turntable/speakers combo on a well-known shopping site. Decided to browse a little deeper, and found the same package available on K&B Audio. Reveiws looked positive. Still with a little trepidation as not a fan of online shopping, decided to start the purchasing process. It was straightforward and simple. And I got 10 per cent off with a Pay Day Offer. System was delivered within 24 hours, and up and running soon after with the help of some follow on emails with links to installation guides. And so far it sounds great! Recommended.”
