“Excellent customer service, called up the store in Brighton and spoke to a chap called Jack. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to consult and provide lots of useful info on some speakers I was interested in, spcifically around the Kanto Ora's - in the end, based on Jack's recommendation and my own research, I went with the Kanto and I am very glad I did. For desktop speakers, they are fantastic, very crisp, clear and a decent amount of base for a small office. I highly recommend not only K&B Audio but also the Kanto Ora's, overall - a very happy customer.”

“I recently ordered the Oak Edifier m60 Bluetooth speakers from K&B Audio and was very impressed with the entire experience. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick and painless. I received my order the very next day, so from ordering, it was 20hrs from store to door and I am 400+ miles away in Scotland . The speakers are exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with them. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. I had a few questions about the product and Jack was very helpful and answered any questions I had which made my mind up to purchase right away. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with K&B and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.”

“In a word; fantastic. Easy to traverse the site, lots of information on each product, great reviews, excellent customer service. I received an informative email on my item shortly after I ordered it, preparing me for the necessary set up. This plus excellent shipping, I ordered on a Friday after the threshold for Saturday delivery, went with next working day anyway, so due on Monday, it was dispatched same day and delivered the saturday anyway, couldn't ask for better service.”

“I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase of my record player and speaker bundle well worth the money did have a issue with the sound not coming out of speakers but it turned out the stylus was not in place correctly.I spoke to one of the staff who talked me through everything on the phone then sent a video through email and after I seen that the stylus was fitted correctly and wow the sound is amazing best value for money over the moon with it.The delivery was quick well packed and as I said had to speak to a member of staff he was very patient and understanding and everything was sorted would definitely use this company they are fabulous.”

“I was looking for a low to mid range turntable and active speaker setup. I popped in to their place near Daedalus Gosport. They have a small but workable demo area. Very helpful and I left with the AT LS3 wireless turntable and the Great service and the Q acoustics M20 spears. Easy to set up at home and I’m loving having vinyl back again! Thanks guys.”
