“What a find! K&B Audio are what I have been looking for. Really great advice from a real person on the online chat helped me put togther a package to suit my needs. I bought a stand alone CD player Lindy bluetooth RX/TX to an Edifier D32 Speaker. Soo easy to set up and outstanding quality.”

“My first purchase from K&B Audio was only a small one - I heard that Audio-Technica had introduced an upgrade to their most basic cartridge and wanted to get one. Almost everybody was out of stock but K&B said they had them so I placed an order. It arrived a couple of days later, really well packaged and with full delivery information from Royal Mail. (A couple of hours later, it was installed on my system and I was very pleased with the result.) Perhaps it's better to judge customer service from such a little order rather than one amounting to hundreds of pounds? I'll definitely be adding K&B Audio to my list of suppliers.”
