“Love love Ginger Chai from Tea India. Unique taste with a tingle on the tongue. Cannot start the day without minimum two cups every morning. Thank you.”

“I love chai masala, and as I don't drink milk I like a good string flavour. I'm sure you used to add black pepper, but no longer do. Please reintroduce the black pepper!!”

“I wrote a review below, where I mentioned an incorrect order and no response to my email. I have today received a response asking if my daughter has received her replacement and after checking specifically with my daughter she informed me that she had received the replacement last week. She is delighted with the decaffeinated chai which means she doesn’t have to restrict her tea drinking during pregnancy! Although there was no initial reply to my email , action was obviously taken on it’s receipt for which I am very grateful.”

“I have used this company twice before and been delighted with the service and products. However I ordered decaffeinated chai and one other item for my pregnant daughter and she instead received the one other item and a bottle of alcoholic syrup. Despite emailing on two occasions ( with a copy of the order and incorrect invoice) I have received no reply and my daughter has still not received her decaffeinated chai. So sadly, despite amazing tea and a previous good experience, I would now be wary of using their service again.”

“Life is not complete unless I start the day with a cup of Tea India Cardamom Chai. I really can't resist the subtle spice of this delicate brew and no other tea comes close. I obsessively carry spare teabags with me when I travel anywhere to be sure I don't have to settle for middling-quality tea.
