“My sister in law used T. H. last year to move from England to Scotland which can sometimes cause problems, but T.H. handled it with expert professionalism. On her recommendation I also used T.H. when I had a flat to sell, and again it was a pleasure to deal with this company. The friendly staff kept me informed at every stage. I would highly recommend this company.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Emma Pyper (Partner) and Nicola Griffin (Conveyancing Secretary) of Taylor & Henderson several times over the past 6 months, most recently in the purchase of our new home on the Isle of Arran. Highly knowledgeable, responsive, offering sound advice, all in a very friendly yet professional manner, which gave us a lot of confidence as we moved through understanding the various stages of conveyancing in Scotland. The transaction was completed very smoothly and much credit must go to Emma and Nicola. It has proven to be an excellent choice and we would have no hesitation to highly recommend them.”

“Taylor and Henderson and in particular Keirsten Frew have guided and supported me through a very long and to be honest, very tortuous time, since the end of August 2022. We "crossed the finishing line" on 31st January 2023 and I am eternally grateful to Keirsten and Emma Piper for their advice and efforts to help me buy my new home, which means so much to me, for very many reasons. I will return for their advice on reclaiming my ADS tax, once my ex-husband has paid my settlement and I look forward to Keirsten cheerful and professional manner. Thank you so much”

“I can not thank them enough for all that they have done for my family. We lost my Nanny suddenly and Taylor and Henderson sorted out the whole estate and all required legal work. All family live around the world and myself 200 miles away in England, so being in Saltcoats to deal with the affairs was extremely difficult. They were in regular contact and made sure every detail was approved and OK'd by myself. They managed to provide a service that was over and above what was expected.”

“From getting the home report done to getting the house on the market was such an easy process thanks to the sales/legal team. Carried out all the viewings and kept me informed every step of the way. Property went to a closing date very quickly due to many interested purchasers and achieved a fantastic price. Legal team have also been fantastic sorting out all the legal matters. Just a few loose ends to tie up and everything will be completed. A very special thank you to all concerned with all your help through this very emotional period.”

“I purchased a property in Dec 2022 with the help of Emma Pyper and Catrina Webb. Nothing was too much hassel. I did not have a clue what I was doing and they guided me through the process with clear concise communication. I didn’t have to wait long for any replies to my many questions! The process was completed very quickly and I cannot thank them enough! Would recommend Taylor and Henderson if you are looking for expert, friendly advice and service!”
