“I seen a link on Facebook which I followed ... It was very easy, the time scale you gave me was spot on for each step and I was very happy and thankful for your help”

“Quite expensive at 20% commission, but you really don't have to move a muscle...... Just one problem was and EXTRA hidden charge which is 20% tax on that commission which isn't too much but still extra what you have to pay for. All in all very nice service and took around 8 weeks in all for it to arrive. Cannot complain ;) keep it up guys!”

Just in regards to the extra charges you mentioned - unfortunately this is VAT which we have to add. The VAT is definitely mentioned wherever we show our fees, so I respectfully disagree with your comment that it is a hidden charge. “I feel the services was expensive for what they had to do, despite filling in the forms HMRC still went through me and was required to write everything over again as well as phone then so I feel I would have been better off doing it myself in the first place”
