“What you cant give zero stars???Well to start i was under the impression that this was just a tax rebate, it was only when i asked questions i found out that there was a 25% of the refund fee, 25% or £25 which ever is more a friend of mine got 0.61p because his refund was £25.61 , when you can go on to gov.uk and request the tax refund with no charge, just as easy and you get all your own money back free of charge hope this helps anyome else from being robbed of their own money”

“I agreed for you to look for a uniform tax rebate but you delved into all my taxes and I was owed over 500 from last year which you got me back but took nearly 200 fees which I didn’t agree for you to do. I would of received this in full in April at the end of the tax year anyway so you should not have done that !”
