“I was genuinely surprised what the company did. I thought maybe this isn't real and i wont get any tax back, but i got the full amount they said i was entitled to! It was easy and rather quick considering the effort that has to go in! I love the fact you get kept up to date with the progress. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Hi Elizabeth. Many thanks for taking the time to write a review - customer comments are always appreciated and I am to hear you are pleased with the outcome. With regards to getting through on the phone, it is something we are actively addressing. We have extended our office hours to 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays and now have an additional 2 agents on the lines during busy periods in an effort to reduce wait times.
