“I applied middle of june received a letter and email saying that my application is in progress that they will let me know along the way then I received an email saying that if will refund me the over paid tax and the next thing I know is a cheque slips out through the letter box for me so well pleased service was great overall experienced its worth it . Well done”

“very good response however I felt the admin charges were quite steep with regards to getting my payment as I was award 700 of the tax office however once the admin charges came off I only got half of this. apart from that the over all experience was good.”
